The halls at AX ODYCY cater for small events, from product launches and meetings to focused conferences. Our team can transform each of the spaces to fit your specifications. Each hall is equipped with all the necessary facilities to enhance your business meeting or corporate event.
ATHENA ROOM
The Athena Hall is a medium-sized meeting room that can be split up into two small conference rooms – ideal for breakout rooms. The rooms can be set up with a projector screen and a TV screen that can be connected to the audio system.
ZEUS ROOM
The Zeus Hall is another medium-sized conference hall that can be set up in many different layouts according to your business events needs. A projector and an audio system are always available on site and catering can also be provided. The adjoining outside terrace is ideal for coffee breaks and intervals.
APOLLO ROOM
The Apollo Hall is AX ODYCY’s third medium-sized conference hall that can be transformed into a desirable layout that meets your business event requirements. The room is equipped with a projector, audio system and TV screen to enhance your meeting, presentation or training session. Catering can also be provided and the adjoining outside terrace is ideal for coffee breaks and intervals.
